「球磨焼酎」消費拡大シンポジウム開催されました

　シンポジウム
　球磨焼酎の都市圏内等に向けた販路・消費拡大を
目的として、「球磨焼酎」消費拡大シンポジウムが
開催されました。

球磨焼酎関係者にとっては耳の痛い話もありましたが、球磨焼酎の魅力を再確認するいい機会でもありました。

雑穀とは違い、米は庶民にとって高級品だった時代がありました。そんな中で米を原料に蒸留して飲む「球磨焼酎」は贅沢品だったはず。その歴史が500年も続くという凄さを再認識いたしました。
